Staff Member Form

There is no default data entry form.

You’ll build your own custom form by adding data fields: Template > Input Fields.

Add an Input Field

  • To choose a field type you have to know what data it will hold. For instance a Single Line Text can be used for street name, phone number, department, etc.
  • You don’t have to create fields in a specific order.
  • Once created the field type can’t be changed!

Next, you customize the field by adding the field label and a description.

Fields created in the template are displayed on Staff Member data entry screen.

By using the generic field types you can design your very own staff list data entry form.

  • Once selected the field type cannot be changed.

Deleting a Field

  • You can delete a field anytime.
  • Deleting a field also deletes all data entered in that field.
  • To preserve data you can hide a field instead of deleting it.

How to Delete a Field

  1. Go to Field Display Options section and select Delete Field from the Show Field On drop-down box.
  2. Deleting a field also deletes all data entered in that field.
