Staff List Table – Quick Start

WordPress Plugin Staff List Table – Quick Start.

Staff List Table displays staff member records created in Staff List Pro.

1. Add new table.

  1. Staff Tables > Add New.
  2. Enter a title.
  3. Save the table template.

2. Select source of data.

Data Source = source of records for Staff List Table (Staff List template).
  1. Options > Data Source.
  2. Select one of the Staff List Pro templates.
  3. Click Update.

3. Add table columns.

  1. Table Columns: F1-F10.
  2. Select the column’s data type.
  3. Update.
Once created the data type can’t be changed. To do it, delete the column and start over. You can test different data types until you are satisfied with the outcome.
You don’t have to create all the columns. One or two will do. You can add the others later.

4. Column headings and column data.

  1. Table Columns – F – Column Heading. Enter the heading name.
  2. Table Columns – F1- Staff List Field. Select what Staff List field to display in the column.
  3. Update.

5. Publish the table.

  1. Create a new page.
  2. Copy shortcode from the Options > Shortcode
  3. Paste the shortcode into the page content editor.
  4. Save the page.
  5. Open the page for preview.
For Gutenberg editor add a Shortcode block.

6. Preview and test your new Staff List Table.

  • Open the page for preview.
  • Check column sorting.
  • Test the search option.
