abcFolio WordPress Plugins and Plugin Extensions – Terms and Conditions

Licensing

WordPress plugins and extensions sold by abcfolio.com are licensed under the GNU General Public License.

The plugins are permitted to be installed on an unlimited number of WordPress installations, however, support and automatic updates are only offered on a single WordPress installation where the license key has been activated.

License key can be activated on a single WordPress installation. It can also be used on a corresponding staging or development site. Both production and development servers will be counted as one instance.

License Key Request

Free Updates

One time purchase, free updates for the life of the plugin.
Updates include bug fixes, minor and major upgrades. There is no license renewal fee.
Free, automatic updates are available on a single installation where the license key has been activated.

Support

Priority support is given up to one year after the purchase date. Support is limited to a single installation where the license key has been activated.

Support is available via email only. Phone and other types of support are not offered. We aim to reply to all priority support requests within 48 hours.

Detailed and extensive documentation is available free of charge with no time limit.

Refunds

If you have problems getting our software to work we will be happy to provide a refund within 30 days of the original purchase.

Purchased package contains fully functional plugin with access to all the features.
License key is required only for automated updates.

NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you requested and received the License Key and simply decide not to use the purchased plugin. We stand behind our products and will assist (support request) in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

NOTE: There are no fees to refund a payment, but payment gateway’s transaction fees on the original purchase will not be returned in case of a refund.

Conditions under which a refund will not be considered
  • The request is made after 30 days of the original purchase.
  • You have requested and received the License Key.

By completing a purchase of any of the plugin and / or plugin extensions you agree to this Refund Policy.

Warranty

WordPress plugins and plugin extensions sold by abcfolio.com are sold as is without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. No individual or representative agent of abcfolio.com is liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur as a result of the installation and / or activation of the plugin or plugin extensions sold by abcfolio.com.
