Input Fields > F1.
  • (1) Add a field, Name-Multipart or other field type containing person’s name.
  • Update.
  • (2) Select what field to use as a source of data (Staff Template Field ID).
  • (3) For multipart field, choose display order (staff or single page).
  • (4) Add field label (displayed next to F1).
