You can add text hyperlink as a field. See Field Order for field position.
  • Show Link. Displays text hyperlink to a single page.
  • Link setting is independent of Staff Template > Show Link.
  • Text source: Staff Template > Text Link to Single Page > Link Text.
  • Open in a new tab or window. Adds target attribute blank.
  • Field HTML Tag. This and other options provide custom formatting.
